When to order your phone for Delivery in Ireland.

Phones can be ordered for collection any day of the week.
Please try and give us at least 3 working days notice to ensure that your phone arrives on time at your pickup point in Ireland. If it is a last minute order, then please fill in the Booking Form anyway and call us on (USA/Canada) 011 353 876834563. We will do our best to get a phone to you, if we cannot then we will cancel your order and let you know.

Please try and give us at least 4 working days notice to ensure that your phone arrives on time at your pickup point in Northern Ireland and the UK. We will do our best to get a phone to you on time.

Call Costs while in Ireland:
Our phones use prepaid accounts on the vodafone network. This means you pay for your phone calls in advance. Your phone's account comes with €5 credit. This will give you up to 20 minutes talktime to Irish landlines or 30 minutes to most international numbers including US or Canadian cell phones and landlines. There is no charge to receive calls.

Call Costs while in UK and Northern Ireland:
If you plan on visiting Northern Ireland and or the United Kingdom please be aware that the charges are different. Calls to and from Ireland and the UK are the same, but you will have to pay to receive international calls.

Extra Call Credit:
If you only need the cell phone to receive calls, or to make a small number of short calls; then the €5 call credit on the phone may be enough. However if you plan on keeping in touch regularly with your home or office or if you plan on travelling to Northern Ireland or the UK then you will need extra call credit.

Cell Phone Charger
The type of cell phone charger you chose will determine how you return the cell phone to us.

With a 12v car charger the phone can be returned by post using any standard post box, including the ones at Dublin and Shannon Airport.

With the mains wall charger the phone can only be returned at a post office (closed on Sundays). There are no post offices at the airports and the wall charger will not fit in standard post boxes.

Shipping Address
During the order checkout process you wiil be prompted to enter a shipping address and phone number in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK where you will collect your cell phone. The following options are available:

Business address, Hotel or Bed and Breakfast in Ireland, NI or the UK:
Please include the name on the reservation and the business/hotel phone number.

Dublin Airport:
Phones can be collected at the Greencaps Desk at Dublin Airport
Please note there is a fee of 3.75euro which must be paid to Greencaps when you collect your phone. You will also need to produce some form of identification to collect the phone eg, passport or driving licence.
(We cannot ship phones to car rental desks at Dublin Airport).

Shannon:
Phones can be collected at the Shannon Post Office in Shannon Town. Its is near the airport.
(We cannot ship phones to car rental desks at Shannon Airport).

Post Office:
Collect your phone at any Post Office throughout the country. Use the Post Office Finder
