We ship our phones with either a 12v car charger or a standard wall charger along with pre-paid packaging The type of charger you chose will determine how you ship the phone back.
12V CAR CHARGER
The cell phone can be returned using a post boxe at either Dublin and Shannon airport's or any post box in the Republic of Ireland.

MAINS WALL CHARGER
The mains wall charger will not fit into a standard post box. To return the phone and wall car charger you need to hand it in to any Post Office in the Republic of Ireland. Use this link to locate Post Offices throughout Ireland

Please note that all post offices are closed on a Sunday. If you are planning to return on a Sunday your hotel or bed and breakfast should be able to post it for you the following day.
There are no post offices at Shannon or Dublin Airports. The return package will not fit in the regular post boxes at the airports. Please arrange to have your phone sent back to prior to your arrival at the Airport.
