RENTING A CELL PHONE
HOW DOES IT WORK?When you book a cell phone with us, you will receive your assigned phone number in advance and the phone will be sent to the location of your choice in Ireland.
The phone comes with a fully charged battery and will be ready to use, along with full easy to follow instructions and either a wall charger or car charger to charge the phones battery.
To return the phone to us just pop it into the prepaid mailer we provide, and drop it into a post office or a post box at the airport before you leave Ireland. The phones can also be returned from Northern Ireland and the UK but you will need to pay the postage.
WHERE CAN I PICK UP THE PHONE?
Your phone can be delivered to your hotel, bed and breakfast, business or private address. You can also have your phone delivered to any Main Post Office throughout the country.
If you are flying into Dublin we can arrange for you to collect your phone at the Greencaps left luggage facility at Dublin airport.(There is a small additional charge for this option).
We cannot deliver phones to car hire desks at Dublin or Shannon Airports.

HOW DO THE PHONES WORK?
Our phones use prepaid cell phones accounts. That means you pay for your phone calls before you make them. Your phone comes with €5 credit. This will give you up to 20 minutes talktime to Irish landlines or 30 minutes to most international numbers.
Extra call credit can be added to your account through your phone using Top Up vouchers. Top Up vouchers can be purchased in most shops, gas stations and post offices, or up front from us. You may also be able to add extra credit to your phone account using your Visa or MasterCard.
Calls to the Emergency number 112 can be made at anytime. If you run out of call credit, you can still receive calls on your cell phone.
