1: I have never used a Cell phone before?
We supply simple to follow instructions with each phone. We also provide you with an Irish based help line number in case you have any questions.

2: When do I get my phone number?
We normally issue you with your number at least three days before your phone arrives at your pickup point in Ireland to allow you pass it on to family and friends.

3: Can we really receive calls for free?
Yes, it costs nothing to receive calls on our cell phone as long as the phone is in the Republic of Ireland. The person calling you on your cell phones just pays the normal cost of calling a cell phone in Ireland as charged by their local telephone company.
When in Northern Ireland or the UK you can receive calls for free.

4: What are Prepaid Phones?
We use a prepaid cell phone service - this means that you pay for your phone calls before you make them.
Your phone comes with 5 euro call credit and this will give you up to 25 minutes of calls to Irish Land lines. If you run out of minutes, you can purchase additional minutes at most shops , post offices and gas stations and add it to your cell phone account.
You can check the balance of your account at anytime. You will always be able to receive calls, even if you run out of call credit..

Yes you will be able to receive calls in Europe (from Europe) at a cost of 29 cent per minute. Once in Ireland you can receive calls for free.

6: Will I be able to return the phone at Shannon Airport?
Yes. If you order a 12v car charger with the phone then you will be able to send the phone back using the regular post box at Shannon Airport. The post box is near the car hire desks.
If you order a mains wall charger the return package will not fit in the post box at the airport. There is a post office at the town centre, about 2 miles from the airport. They are open Mon to Fri 9am-1pm and 2pm-5.30pm. Sat 9am-1pm.

No. Extra minutes are applied separately to each phone.

The Li-ion batteries in our phones are good for 3 to 4 days use. We ship a standard Nokia 12V car charger with each phone.
