Call Charges:
Your phone comes preloaded with €5 credit. This will give you up to 25 minutes talktime to Irish landlines. If you use our optional international calling plan, then you will be able to make calls to international landlines and US and Canadian cell phones for just 15 cent per minute.
If you find you run out of credit during your trip, you can purchase additional call credit at any gas station, shop or post office. You may also be able to add call credit using your master card or visa card. The call charges are outlined in the table below. Please note, we cannot refund any unused call credit.
The rates in the table below are in Euro and are correct at September 2009. The rates show the price of a one minute call, however all calls are charged on a per second basis. So a 30 second call to an Irish landline will cost only 8.5 cent.
The 15 cent international calls are available using our optional international call plan. If you do not use our optional international calling plan, then the full international cost applies.
