RETURN OF YOUR PHONE:
We ship our phones with either a 12v car charger or a standard wall charger along with pre-paid packaging The type of charger you chose will determine how you ship the phone back.
12V CAR CHARGER
If you order a 12v Car Charger, then you can post the phone back to us from any post box, including the post boxes at the airports.
MAINS WALL CHARGER
If you order a Mains wall charger then you will need to post the phone back from a Post Office or from a self service Post Office at Dublin Airport. Post Offices open until 1:00pm on Saturday. All Post Offices are closed on Sundays. Self Service Post Offices do not close. There are no Post Offices at Shannon airport.
Dublin Airport:
Terminal 1:
Self-service Post Office in the Departures Hall next to Check-In Area 8.
Accepts 12v Car Charger & Mains Charger.
Post box beside the Greencaps left Luggage Office on Arrivals level.
Accepts 12v Car Charger only.
Terminal 2:
Self-service Post Office on the Departures floor landside before the security check.
Accepts 12v Car Charger& Mains Charger.
Shannon Airport:
Post box is near the car hire desks. 12v Car Charger only. If you order a mains charger you will need to arrange to post the phone back before arriving at the airport.
